    Bear-y Big Wake Up Weekend
    Join us for Bear-y Big Wake Up Weekend to celebrate spring! Wake the bears with noisemakers, explore the DNR touch table display featuring educational items about Iowa’s animals that hibernate and awaken in spring, race in our slow-motion relay races, and dress up as your favorite bear for the costume contest. Fun and learning for the whole family!

    Prom Weekend featuring DJ Chili
    Get ready to dance the night away as we crown our Prom King & Queen, roll out a prom-themed golf cart parade, and enjoy a weekend full of classic prom fun.

    Animal Adventure Weekend
    A wildly fun weekend of animal-themed crafts and family activities that will have every camper smiling—perfect for all ages!

    Cinco De Campo Taco Bar
    Celebrate with a build-your-own taco bar, festive piñata fun, and themed activities that bring the flavor of Cinco de Mayo to the campground.

    All About Mom...Mother's Day
    Join us for All About Mom Mother’s Day weekend featuring adult beverage tasting for adults at Oh So Good Winery (May 9, 7 PM), canvas painting with Buffy ($15 per canvas), kids makeover for mom, mom vs. kids game, Saturday wine tasting, and Sunday breakfast where moms eat free.

    Spring Craft Show
    Stroll through our annual craft and vendor show, grab a bite from local food trucks, and enjoy a weekend full of creativity and community.

    Memorial Day!

    Shine your brightest for a weekend packed with a color run, glow-themed activities, foam party, and a glowing golf cart parade

    Dive into delicious chaos with a chocolate slip n slide, dunk tank fun, and a pudding-eating contest that’s as messy as it is sweet.

    Fourth of July!
    Fourth of July weekend fun includes a fireworks show and DJ Taylor Tunes on Thursday, July 2, followed by DJ Johnson (7:30–10:30 PM), a foam party, dunk tank, slip n slide, bean bag toss, fishing and basketball tournaments, and a bike parade on Friday, July 3.

    Water Wars
    Get ready for Water Wars Weekend packed with splash-tastic fun! Enjoy a water hayride, slip n slide, and an epic foam party, plus live music by the Jason Kincel Band on August 1 from 7:30–10:30 PM.

    Cindy Bear™ Magical Fairy Birthday
    Join us August 8 for Cindy Bear’s Magical Fairy Birthday featuring a magic show by TnZ Magic at noon, fairy-themed flower crowns, and a birthday party with DJ Dayne Taylor Tunes (7:30–10:30 PM).

    Food Fest Weekend
    Dig in with an appetizer cook-off, delicious ice cream social, a wild mystery food challenge, and an epic food fight you’ll be talking about all year.

    Pirates and Mermaids
    Dive into adventure at Pirates and Mermaids day! From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, join the Mermaid Academy, then take part in a treasure hunt, pirate training camp, and boat building. Don’t miss the pirate and mermaid costume contest and finish with a splash at the Sea Foam Party!

    Experience a full carnival atmosphere with games, magic, inflatables, clowns, and nonstop fun for families of all ages.

    Labor Day!
    End summer with DJ Johnson, tournaments, foam party, bike parade, dunk tank, and classic Labor Day family fun.

    Hometown Heroes
    Celebrate our Hometown Heroes with an exciting day featuring first responder vehicles, a K-9 unit demo, and delicious food trucks. Enjoy a bags tournament while checking out fire trucks, ambulances, police cars, and watching the K-9 team in action!

  • September 19-20

    Halloween! Murder Mystery
    Solve a campground-wide Clue game while enjoying Magic Pumpkins, haunted trails, costume contests, trick-or-treating, and spooky site decorating.

  • September 25-27

    Halloween! Monster Mash
    Join the Monster Mash with pumpkin painting, Magic Pumpkins, haunted trail, costume and golf cart contests, trick-or-treating, and more ghostly fun.

    Halloween! Clowns
    Enjoy a spooky-good time with a soup & chili cook-off, Magic Pumpkins, haunted trail, trick-or-treating, costume contests, and all your Halloween favorites.
