Reservations
All reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance will be run automatically via credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date. If you book within 30 days of your check-in date, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Weekend reservations may not end on a Saturday. When booking your reservation, we will assign you a site based on the site type selected. If you want a specific site and it’s available you can reserve it for a lock fee of $5.00
Cancellation
Cancellations made 10 days or more from the scheduled date of check-in will receive a full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee per site, or guests may receive a camping credit for the full value paid, to be used at the campground within (1) one year from the date of cancellation. Camping credits are not refundable. Any cancellations made within 10 days or less of the reservation check in date are non-refundable.
The holidays for Club Yogi Rewards are: Memorial Day, 4th of July (July 3-6), Labor Day Weekend, and Halloween Weekends.
These holidays require a holiday level certificate and are double the points to redeem.
* WIBIT wristbands and boat rentals are not included in rate prices. WIBIT wristbands for campers will be $20 per camper, good for your length of stay.*
** Pet Fee: $35 per pet, per stay. 1 pet, max, in Yogi Bear and Boo Boo Cabins. 2 pets, max, in deluxe park models. Pet Fee applies to CABINS ONLY.

Weekly Camping Rates
Weekly rates are based on a 7-night reservation. Any nights beyond 7 will be charged the regular nightly rate, and additional full weeks (multiples of 7) will receive the weekly rate. Weekly rates are not available during Fair Week.

* Wristbands for the WIBIT water inflatable playground are not included with reservations. Wristbands can be purchased as an add-on when booking your reservation; they are $20 per person and are good for the entire duration of the reservation. The wristbands include pedal boats, paddle boards and the WIBIT inflatable playground. All other amenities are included in your stay with the exception of paid activities and rental tubes (tubes are $5 per tube, per hour).*

Pricing is valid through the end of 2026. Rates beyond December 31 of the current year are subject to change.
50% is due at the time of booking the reservation, and we will collect the rest 30 days before check-in.
There will now be an $8 booking fee for any reservations NOT booked online. (Any booking in the office or over the phone, we will charge $8). We will not charge the fee if you need to call in and use a credit you have.
There will now be a 2.5% booking fee on all reservations made online.

Golf carts must be rented for your entire stay.
If you have opted to bring a personal golf cart you will need to provide proof of insurance and valid driver’s license on all drivers. To speed up the check in process you can email this information to [email protected], please be sure to include the date you are checking in and the name the reservation is booked under.
Please keep in mind this is for use on campground property only and does not pertain to use off of campground property. Arrangements must be made with the Monticello Police Department if you wish to use your personal golf cart on public roadways.
Day Use Rates
Hours: Sunday through Thursday 10 am – 6 pm • Friday and Saturday 10 am – 7 pm. Day use available between Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend. The WIBIT and pool are open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.

- We will make every effort to reserve the site you request, but we cannot guarantee sites or cabins.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- This is a family-oriented campground and we reserve the right to refuse groups of teens or young adults not properly supervised.
- Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine!
- We only allow one camping unit per site.
Additional Information
Party Size
Our rates are based on a group size of 2 adults and 4 kids. Kids 3 and under are free. For each additional guest over 2 adults and 4 kids, there is a $10 per person, per night charge.
Pets
There is a pet fee of $35 per pet per stay. The pet fee applies to CABINS ONLY. Pets are allowed on all sites and in the cabins. Please remember to clean up after your pets and keep them leashed at all times. Pets may not be left unattended at your campsite, in your unit, or in the park for any extended period of time.
Groups
Call in advance for details and to book boy/girl scout trips.
Camping
